From there, you'll have a one-on-one phone consultation with our owner, Jarrett, who will take the time to understand your vision, budget, and project scope. He’ll also walk you through our process and answer any initial questions you may have.

Planning & Design
Once we have a clear understanding of your goals, we’ll have you complete a Professional Services Agreement and retainer. This covers essential pre-construction steps, including:

Breaking Ground
With the plans finalized and the right team in place, it's time to begin construction. Our skilled builders will bring craftsmanship and attention to detail to every step of the process, ensuring a smooth and efficient build from start to finish.

Final Walkthrough & Completion
Before handing over the keys to your dream home, our entire team will conduct a Team Walk to meticulously inspect every last detail. We want to make sure everything is flawless so that you can step into your new home with complete confidence and satisfaction.
